    Responsible for creating innovative, high-quality, andaesthetically pleasing furniture designs that meet customer needsand market The ideal candidate will have a strong background inproduct design and development, excellent leadership andcommunication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced
    KeyResponsibilities:
    • Develop and implement design and development strategiesto create innovative and aesthetically pleasing outdoor furnituredesigns that meet customer needs and market
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends andcustomer
    • Create 2D and 3D designs using CADsoftware and traditional sketching
    • Overseethe development of prototypes and ensure that designs meet quality,performance and safety
    • Work closely with themanufacturing team to ensure that designs are feasible to produceand
    • Manage the design and development teamand ensure that team members are meeting their goals and
    • Foster a culture of innovation and creativitywithin the design
    • Collaborate with otherdepartments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that designsmeet customer needs and sales
    • Continuouslyreview and improve the design and development process to optimizeefficiency and
    • Develop and manage projecttimelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery of
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degreein Product Design or a related
    • Minimum of2-10 years of experience in product design and development,preferably in the furniture
    • Strong leadershipand communication
    • Excellent design skills andability to create aesthetically pleasing designs that meet customer
    • Proficiency in CAD software and traditionalsketching
    • Knowledge of manufacturingprocesses and
    • Understanding of safety andquality
    • Ability to multitask and prioritizein a fast-paced
    • Willingness to traveldomestically and internationally as
