Today, we are recruiting for Quality Engineer position to Join our Team in Makkah Mashaar Metro Project - Saudi National.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Support project management in planning and securing milestone results
  • Cooperate with QM of the country for other functions e.g., environmental protection, health, and safety at work.
  • Establish and monitor project quality plan e.g., acc. ISO 9001:2015, along with defining quality targetsbased project critical factors, customer obligations, scope of work and defining methods/tools based on HQ standards.
  • Report quality status, quality incidents and rootcauseanalysis to Project Management (PM) and country QM and other defined parties, jointly with the PM team, based on determined KPIs, key figures and specified characteristics.
  • Establish and ensure processes to analyze fulfilment of contractual and committed requirements, manage professional feedback to and from the customer along with managing complaints.
  • Ensure execution of quality plan and quality gate process through active involvement in readiness checks and participation in quality gate meetings.
  • Plan and coordinate continuous improvement actions for all phases of the project, along with ensuring good practice sharing and feedback of experience e.g., through continuous improvement workshops (esp. lessons learned) and project assessments.
  • Identify qualification requirements and initiate trainings for project employees with regards to knowledge of quality methods to be applied and process awareness.
  • Plan and conduct project audits, assessments, and reviews, participate in status meetings and implementing improvement measures.
  • Participate in project meetings with customer as project core team member.
  • Assigned to work at project site office in Makkah.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Quality Management certification
  • 810 years of Quality experience in projects
  • Good experience in Quality management
  • Good experience of customer coordination
  • Solid knowledge of Quality standards and protocols
  • Solid communication and listening skills.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Saudi National required
