Job Title:
Electrical Engineer

Location:
Saudi Arabia (Jubail, Yanbu, or other relevant regions)

Responsibilities:

Manage the preparation and submission of electrical engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with local regulations, SBC codes, and industry standards.
Coordinate closely with internal engineering teams to review design documents, specifications, and technical drawings to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for interactions with regulatory authorities, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and facilitating approvals.
Stay updated on changes in local regulations, codes, and standards related to electrical engineering practices, and ensure compliance in all project deliverables.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate regulatory compliance considerations into project planning and execution.
Conduct site visits and inspections as necessary to verify compliance with approved drawings, regulations, and safety standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams on regulatory compliance matters.
Prepare comprehensive reports, documentation, and correspondence related to regulatory submissions and approvals.
Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and discussions with clients, regulatory authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on regulatory compliance and approvals.
Strong understanding of the permitting process and documentation requirements for various regulatory authorities, including Modon, RCJY, Mawani, MOMRAH
Balady, and SEC.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team environment.
Detailoriented approach with a commitment to delivering highquality work within project deadlines.
Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent is desirable.
Fluency in both written and spoken English. Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
