Engineeringand Construction is seeking an IT Field Service Technician toprovide end user support and coordination of hardware, software andbusiness applications. The on-site support technician must be selfmanaged and able to prioritize according to business needs with theability to action external service providers for optimal andefficient support of key businessapplications.

PositionOverview

• Thisposition is a hands-on IT Field Service role supporting a localengineering and manufacturing center of 50employees.
  
• Thisposition anticipates a well rounded IT professional able tocoordinate with typical business office activities, engineeringteamsandsoftware as well as manufacturing solutions, shop floor systems,and demands.
  
• Thecompany has a strong Global support structure combined with Grouplevel competencies for infrastructure, security and applicationsbut anticipates an individual local presenceableto provide end user assistance and ensure compliance withoperational efficiency in line with Group policies.
  
• Thisposition will support existing systems(infrastructure, security, business applications)with strong end user communication skills anddedicatedfollow-up.
