This role is responsible for providing direct customer service needs, responds to customer inquiries and

requests for a range of standard transactions and services, selling retail products and services, cross-sells

investment banking and treasury products. This role's requirement is also to understand retail products to

help in identifying and promoting opportunities for sales of a full range of retail products, and refers customers

to appropriate sales team members.

  • Provides transactional support to customers on an as needed basis, processes account opening, modification,
transfer and closure, Safe Deposit boxes opening and closure, opening and renewal of fixed deposit accounts,

Saudi Shares, check books and mailing of account statements and advices

  • Supervises and deliveries of VISA and SARRAF cards and PINs in accordance to the Bank's policies and
procedures

  • Answers routine questions and provides standard information. Refers more complex customer concerns to
appropriate staff

  • Crosssells the Bank's products and services to reach the maximum number of qualified customers
  • Followsup Temporary Over Drafts directly with clients or with Relationship Officers as appropriate
  • Identifies and promotes opportunities for standard product sales and refers customers to appropriate sales
team

  • Followsup nonactive customer accounts to reactivate the relationship in order to minimize the number of
zero balance and/or low balance accounts

  • Ensures proper display of advertising, merchandising materials and availability of customer forms and
brochures in the Branch and ATM lobby as per RBG's policies and guidelines

  • Performs other functions as may be directed by Branch Manager from time to time
  • Maintains customers files and legal files

Detecting and Combating Fraud:

  • Fully cooperate with AFMD regarding implementing recommendations & preventive measures.
  • Read, understand and comply with AFMD Policy & Procedure.
  • Commit to report fraud cases or suspected behavior as per the Whistleblowing and Code of Conduct &
Professionals Ethics Policies.

  • To have the highest standards of ethics, commitment and honesty as per the Code of Conduct and
Professionals Ethics.


Operational Risk:

  • Report associated operational incidents in a timely manner and in full cooperation along with responding to
assessments and ORM related requests.

  • Compliance:
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations and report any violations or financial crimes, including money
laundering and terrorist financing


المهارات:


  • High School Certificate
  • Work experience in a financial institution or sales and marketing industry is desired but not required
  • Knowledge of BSF policies and procedures related to organization, Retail products and services, management
guidelines

  • Good written and spoken fluency in Arabic and English
  • Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Good analytical skills related to financial figures and statistics
  • Good understanding of SAMA rules and regulations
  • Good understanding of Retail Credit Guidelines and Consumer Credit Policies, Visa/Master Card Policy and
Procedures

  • Marketing and Selling Skills, Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
