The Role / Opportunity


The Senior Site Supervisor will be part of the Project Team and will be responsible to ensure that the project is implemented and completed as per the schedule and approved design, in coordination with the contractors and equipment vendors/suppliers and according to Almarai Health & Safety and Quality standards.

Mentoring of all interdisciplinary Site Supervisors for Good practice, Safety, Reporting systems and 'The Almarai Way'.

Degree or Diploma or equivalent in relevant discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Control, IT/Comms, Other).
Understanding of CAD / Engineering drawings and basic computer usage (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
At least 10 years work experience in relevant discipline as project supervisor or foreman
Have technical knowledge of site management activities, including the understanding of relevant discipline drawings and related specifications
Familiarity with and use of Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and construction standards of installations and equipment.
At least with 3 years' experience of Health & Safety
Good verbal communication skills
