This role provides the opportunity for a highly experienced professional to be the key strategic partner between IT and Business functions.

Partnering closely with business stakeholders to drive the success to support the digital transformation journey of Reckitt.- Collaborate with business partners and lead the improvement & simplification of tools and processes.


  • Provide Leadership through clear objectives, plans and personal development.
  • Develop strong partnerships with Global IT&D and Regional IT teams.
  • Operate as a key data & analytics solution/business IT partner for Middle East (UAE& KSA)

You will succeed because you have experience of...

  • Analysis of business process workflow within specific functions and make recommendations of process improvements.
  • Provide clarity & transparency to all stakeholders, ensuring an aligned approach towards achieving objectives.
  • Being techsavvy, comfortable working with variety of technologies, tools and processes to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.
  • Practical knowledge of Power BI or any other data visualisation tools.
  • You have a strong track record of contributing to projects and achieving results.
  • Experience of product deployment model stakeholder management, project leadership, governance, training, vendor management, change management will be an added advantage.

You will be responsible for

  • Work with large and/or complex datasets and transform and integrate the data from multiple sources depending on the business requirements and make data more accessible, understandable, and usable.
  • Define, develop, test and deploy data model and visualizations with the help of Power BI and other tools
  • Responsible for endtoend design, coding, testing and implementation reports and dashboard using Power BI
  • Programming skills would be an advantage (DAX, SQL, Python)
  • Find the key areas of automation to make the business processes smooth
  • Develop data analytics and business intelligence solutions by leveraging available tools
  • Lead or participate in brainstorming/workshop sessions that identify new opportunities for the business.
  • Develop strong partnership with business teams to drive the business discussions.

  • Ability to challenge stakeholders and driving action.
  • Ability to draw conclusions from discussions with Business and to put them into action.
  • Very good understanding of the Business taking a role of IT Business Partner
  • Passion for data
  • Ability to work in fastpaced environment.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Power BI or any other data visualization tool.
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL, Power Query and DAX.
  • Should be able to create generic reports, complex charts and KPI charts.
  • Very good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
