Logistics coordinators oversee supply chain operations and ensure the efficient and cost-effective distribution of goods.

  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Exports:
  • Export documentation /certification both in Arabic and English
  • Exports formalities complete logistics functions
  • Export & Import:
  • Import formalities complete logistics functions
  • Supplier documents review
  • Ministry Approvals online and on counter


  • Appointing forwarders

  • Identifying the chargeable weight, volume and sending enquiries to multiple forwarders
  • Freight comparison from forwarders
  • Logical skills to identify the most efficient mode of transport
  • Payment for Suppliers & Service Provider:
  • PMT / CST Request
  • supplier settlement
  • Invoice maintenance in system
  • Tracking Reports:
  • Tracking report, other ad hoc reports as requested by the line manager
  • Product Registration:
  • PCOC / SCOC
  • SASO, SABER requirements for KSA
  • Well versed with Dubai Customs related issues
  • Well versed with Dubai municipality related issues
  • E-Commerce:
  • Order assignment
  • Export documentation / certification
  • Express export formalities


  • Logistics

  • Last mile delivery
  • Cash refund from service providers
  • POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good understanding of logistics systems
  • Comprehensive understanding of eCommerce processes and systems.
  • Must be selfmotivated, eager to learn and have the ability to be multitasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and team management.
  • Bilingually is a must
  • MS Office Skills
  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Preferable
  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in the retail logistic field.
  • Salary: Up to ریال7,000.00 per month
