On behalf of one of our clients, we looking for a Supply Chain Executive.


Job Summary


Job holder will be managing multiple vendors, reconciling transactions, resolving disputed transactions with 3PL, Freight Partners and negotiating with vendors to manage the KSA wide Inventory Planning.

Also find opportunities for cost saving with vendors, negotiating commercials and monitoring vendor performance and compliance.


Main Responsibilities

  • Execution of the Procure to Pay Cycle to ensure that vendor accounts are reconciled in a timely manner
  • Detail orientation and diligent project management to deliver results in a complex, fast paced and time bound environment
  • Managing multiple vendors, reconciling transactions, resolving disputed transactions with 3PL, Freight Partners and negotiating with vendors to manage the KSA wide Inventory Planning
  • Managing internal stakeholders, primarily Operations, Finance and R&D team to to ensure proper tracking of Spends across Logistics Cost Heads and adherence to monthly budgets
  • Finding opportunities for cost saving with vendors, negotiating commercials and monitoring vendor performance and compliance.
  • Sourcing and negotiating with the vendors and suppliers.

Scope of Role

  • SCM Operations, managing First Mile and Last Mile Connectivity of Stocks
  • Budgeting, Financial Management and Spend Tracking
  • Timely Reconciliation of Vendor Accounts and Disbursement of Vendor Payments as per defined TATs.


  • Vendor Management

  • Ensuring Financial Compliance and Statutory Documentation from all Vendor Partners.
  • Dispute Resolution and Stakeholder Management
  • Should be comfortable working in a highpressure environment and engage with multiple stakeholders to ensure demand fulfilment in the event of disputes.


  • Team Management

  • Should have prior experience working in an individual capacity managing multidimensional partnerships.

Experience & Skills

  • Entrepreneurial and motivated gogetters who have a minimum of 4 Years of experience in Supply Chain Operations preferably in the F&B or industry and are highly proficient in multitasking and managing multiple vendors and endtoend freight transactions.
