The opportunity

Project:
This is an opportunity to work on one of the most high-profile mega projects in central Riyadh.

This huge mixed-use urban development will consist of large outdoor public realm areas, residential units, hotels, museums, sports facilities, and much more.

Mace are offering our client high-level strategic consultancy services in order to bolster their client-side team/organization.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
  • Assessing the change impact conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Completing change management assessments.
  • Identifying, analysing, and preparing risk mitigation tactics.
  • Identifying and managing anticipated resistance.
  • Managing the change portfolio.
About you

You have a relevant degree qualification. You have proven experience in project controls and commercial management on major programmes/projects.

Experience across change management, earned value management, reporting, resource management, and governance, enabling stakeholders to fully understand and participate in the process of capturing, reviewing, and assessing proposed changes.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and lead strong, motivated teams.

You must have experience in programme or project management equating quality and value with the individual client and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
