Essential Duties:


  • Identify locations, negotiation terms and leases reporting into the Development Director
  • Partner with Design, Development and Finance for the creation and implementations of projects
  • Mange the internal deal and lease approval process within LUCID
  • Work with design and development teams to forecast initial project schedules.
  • Work with Development team in drafting annual expansion plans to support the go to market plans.
  • Manage the vendor Real Estate base for the market.
  • Partner with Lease Administration, Design, Development and Operations for the ongoing support of open locations as it relates to Real Estate issues.

You Bring:


  • Experience creating strategic expansion plans.
  • Working knowledge of most major landlord groups
  • A proven track record of high stakes deal making.
  • Analytical skills required to identify, negotiate and forecast business costs such as rent, CAM, and tax.

Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, or Business Administration required.
