- Gather business, functional and nonfunctional requirements
- Arrange, prioritize and negotiate requirements with different stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements
- Develop epics, user stories and product features
- Document requirements using approved company templates
- Work closely with UX team to deliver needed requirements
- Generate prototypes if needed
- Manage product backlog
- Hold requirements review meetings with different teams
- Participate in UAT process
- Analyses, evaluate and communicate change requests.
- Market analysis for similar products
- Record requirements in using agreed tools
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience
- Fluent English is a must
- Strong Analysis skills
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills
- CRM Experience 4 years Min
- Proven experience analyzing complex systems
- Proven experience using analysis/prototyping tools
- Medical Insurance systems experience recommended
- Agile Scrum Methodology
- Azure Boards
- Customer facing
