Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all sitewide civil and utilities activities to ensure that they are carried out in compliance with the project requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Develop and implement construction strategies, plans, and schedules for the sitewide civils and utilities works in collaboration with other project managers and consultants.
Monitor progress of the works against the project schedule and budget, and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Provide technical advice and support to the project team, including the design, procurement, and construction teams, on sitewide civil and utilities matters.
Ensure that the works are carried out to the highest quality standards, and that all necessary quality checks and inspections are carried out in accordance with project requirements.
Manage all aspects of the sitewide civils and utilities contracts, including variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the relevant health and safety requirements and that all risks associated with the works are identified and mitigated.
Provide leadership and direction to the sitewide civils and utilities team, and ensure that they are motivated, trained, and developed to meet the project's requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the client, contractors, and local authorities.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years' experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a sitewide civils and utilities management role on largescale infrastructure projects.
Strong technical knowledge and experience in managing sitewide civils and utilities activities, including earthworks, roads, drainage, and utilities.
Proven experience in managing large teams of professionals, including contractors, consultants, and project team members.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Experience of working in the Middle East, and familiarity with local regulations and standards is an advantage.
