Purpose


To support the Local finance team, and the local business unit(s) through provision of day-to-day financial operations in addition to conducting and supporting the business with accounting and finance activities in line with established company policies and IFRS principals.


Key Responsibilities and Tasks:


  • Booking daily accounting entries in relevant modules and GLs
  • Maintaining fixed asset schedule
  • Recording payments daily
  • Preparation of payments in Online Banking
  • Collecting and collating relevant documents related to transactions from all team members and storing them in relevant folders.
  • Preparing monthly closing entries (accruals, provisions, depreciation, etc.)
  • Reconcile AR and AP accounts.
  • Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation
  • Assisting with annual and periodic audits

Requirements:


  • Saudi National
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and skills, particularly Excel
  • Experience in the technology, mobility or automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Sound understanding of local country's business practices.
  • Strong planning, problemsolving and organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of the importance of policies and procedures
  • Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and diplomacy

Qualifications / Experience

  • Accounting Degree or related discipline
  • A minimum of 23 years' experience in Finance/Accounting is essential.
