    Job Description:

    Key Role &Responsibilities:

    • Contacting clients by telephone to negotiate terms of anagreement and using persuasion skills to conclude thesale
    • Working positively to achieve tight salestargets
    • Making accurate, rapid costcalculations
    • Keeping log records oftransactions
    • Attend meeting for new sales& repeat orders in Mumbai & out of Mumbai (all overIndia)
    • Maintaining and developing a clientbase to generate new business
    • Visiting clientsregularly once a working relationship has beenestablished.
    • BDM will be Sr. to BDE and willmonitor sales targets, activities, queries of the team reporting tohim/her.
    • Attend to client queries &co-ordinate with studio team & facilitate work completionas per timeframes
    • Set standards &policies in work process
    • Select bestperforming BDE – Monthly & reward him for hisperformance
    • Motivating all Jr. team members& taking their daily, weekly training sessions with mock-calling, also visiting with the Jr. BDE for meetings during theirprobation period to boost up their confidence
    • Attending to customer queires, complaints etc.
    • Will review performance of consolidated sales activity ofH.O. franchisee's & group
    • Willstudy competition products & services & accordinglyat repeated intervals bring innovation in product positioning& branding
    • Key Account Manager (singlepoint of contact) to the client
    • Introduce newoffers, schemes, packages, packs from time to time
    • Will report to AVP - Sales

      Requirements:

    • MBA in Sales and Marketing
    • Strong applications experience (Advance Excel CRMetc.)
    • Ability to manage & lead teams.Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast paced
    • constantly evolving
    • team environmentMust have superior analytical skills
