    JOB PURPOSE:

    • This position will be directly reporting to the Department Manager.
    • This role is accountable for logistics related scope, shipping regulations, customs etc.

    KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:

    • Understand and apply a working knowledge of shipping regulations, customs and duties requirements, and other related concepts.
    • Coordinate and prepare the shipping documentation, including document attestation and certificate in Dubai.
    • L/C assessment and open procedure.
    • Process inventory data updates and assist with inventory and shipment issues.
    • Following shipping cargo space booking and give timely update.
    • Ensures that delivery orders are processed on time, monitoring the delivery, and updating the client.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • A minimum of 3 years related working experience.
    • Good communication and written and spoken English skills required.
    • Good knowledge of computer skill (MS Office).
    • Good communication skills.
    • Planning and analysis skills.
    • Team working skills.
    • Its a plus to have L/C attestation experience in GCC.
    • Mandarin speaking is mandatory.
    • This position will be based in Dubai.


    A minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resource management in the automotive field. Bachelor s / Master s Degree in Human Resources, Political Science, or related field. Good knowledge of UAE labour laws. Good knowledge of Dubai trade portal operation. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good command of Microsoft Office software packages, especially for Excel as well as other relevant software s. Be able to work independently and under pressure. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
