Job description

• Ensures that the cost and prices of all items purchased by Procurement Department are "economical" the quality of all items are properly looked at, and considered.

Makes sure that Procurement Department are conducting market research of all the items to be purchased and three (3) quotations are obtained for "comparison" purposes.

Ensures that the use of "cash allocations" for any cash purchases are strictly monitored and adhered to. Proper documentation in view of cash purchases,.i.e. submission of original invoices, receipts of purchases are submitted to procurement onward forwarding to Finance Department.

• Searching about new brands for our items and new ideas for the company.
• Coordination with Warehouse department and followup with the respective suppliers "on time" delivery of goods and services.
• Followup and report discrepancies and deliveries with respect to the delivery of goods, and decides the best mode of action.
• Searching about new suppliers.
• Develop the relation with supplier.
• Discuss the new contract with the supplier to get to the best conditions and best prices.
• Develop a Procurement Plan in close coordination with all departments to minimize excessive purchases through open communication.
• Promote standardization of materials requirement, whenever possible throughout the company.
• Provide the purchasing reports to the top management.

• Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Procurement Supervisor: 4 years (required)
