Job Title:
Talent Acquisition Manager


Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a background in the medical field to join our organization.

The Talent Acquisition Manager (Medical) will be responsible for managing the recruitment and hiring process for healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff.

They will collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to the medical field.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, department heads, and medical staff.
  • Conduct reference checks and verify credentials, certifications, and licenses as required.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement onboarding programs for new medical hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in the healthcare field.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role in the medical field.
  • Indepth knowledge of medical recruitment strategies, best practices, and sourcing techniques.
  • Familiarity with medical job boards, professional networks, and healthcarespecific recruitment channels.
  • Understanding of medical terminology, roles, and qualifications for various healthcare positions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with medical professionals and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to the medical field.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, medical staff, and external partners.

Salary:
ریال18,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 01/04/2024
