Salla is a leading provider of information technology and services to businesses of all sizes.
We are currently seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in a scaled accounts role.

As a customer success manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are getting the most from our products and services.

You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, helping them to achieve their goals through effective use of our software.


Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Develop a deep understanding of our customers' businesses and workflows, identifying opportunities for them to get the most from our products and services.

Use data to monitor and improve customer health, identifying and addressing issues before they become problems.
Drive adoption of our products and services, working with customers to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing usage.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate as necessary.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing customers.
Develop and deliver customer success plans, ensuring alignment with customer goals and objectives.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in the information technology and services industry.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to monitor and drive customer success.
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritizing workload based on customer needs.
Keen attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
Proven track record of achieving retention and renewal targets.
