We are looking for a highly-creative
Digital marketing manager to lead our digital marketing team.


In this position, Your central goal is to help grow our brands influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Online Advertising: Oversee digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising, to maximize ROI.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content for search engines and manage linkbuilding strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media campaigns, manage social profiles, and cultivate an engaged online community.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize web analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, using datadriven insights to make improvements.
  • Ecommerce Optimization: Implement strategies to enhance the user experience and drive conversions on the website.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies, and the competitive landscape to drive innovation.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, making datadriven decisions to allocate resources effectively.

Key Requirements:


  • Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills, with the ability to i

  • Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing proposals and pitches and participating in client meetings and presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform strategy and decisionmaking.
  • Experience of hiring and managing a team of digital marketing specialists, with a focus on mentorship and professional development.

Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing.
