An investment company is looking for a Private Equity and Investment Banking Director to lead deals with a vision to sustain solid market shares in the industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Strategic:_
  • Initiate Private Equity and Investment Banking transactions and create deal structure to satisfy the client's requirement.
  • Lead post acquisition work stream to enhance portfolio company valuations.
  • Sustain revenue growth by launching a deal pipeline which would fulfill revenue targets and strengthen the Company's position.
  • Client and Customers: _
  • Acquire clients from key growing sectors/industries.
  • People:_
  • Manage the transaction team at different levels of the deal process.
  • Risk & Control:_
  • Create control levels/thresholds customized to each transaction to address any potential risks.
  • Compliance & Regulatory: _
  • Comply with Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations and follow company compliance policies.
  • Quality:_
  • Sustain on going quality by maintaining a wellplanned deal process.

Requirements:


  • Market relationships.
  • Capital Markets Understating.
  • Private Equity Transaction Cycles Understanding.
  • Targets Focus.
  • Financial Analysis.
  • Valuation Analysis.
  • Team Management.
  • Negotiation skills.

A combination of Western and Middle Eastern Experience is desired, with a recognized record in executing Private Equity transactions and Post Acquistion work.
