Oversee the performance of restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and support staff.- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure staff members deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the daytoday operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Motivate and lead the team to achieve performance targets and goals.
- Assist in managing the restaurant's budget and financial performance.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Keep the team informed of changes in policies, procedures, and promotions.
Salary:
From ریال2,500.00 per month
Experience:
Managing Restaurants: 2 years (preferred)
Language:
- Arabic (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Ta'if (required)
Ability to Relocate:
