We look for:
The Cenomi Product team are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager - Marketplace, who is willing to bring his/her knowledge and energy into our team, and will drive one or several products within our Marketplace product portfolio.
You should be ready to take responsibility for identifying and managing consumer facing products, helping create a culture where we evaluate market fit based on product metrics: creating product vision, strategy, stakeholder alignment, requirements gathering, customer development, product development and cross functional alignment with other product verticals and business units.
Your core objectives will be:
- Discover innovative ways to drive product metrics and value growth, prioritize them and make them live with your team
- Establish and manage product discovery and delivery processes within your team (together with a team lead)
- Manage stakeholders and ensure best fit of your product into overall product offering
Are Marketplace Product is made-up of the following squads:
- Conversion & Optimization
- Product Discovery
- Launch and Growth
Each part will have a dedicated product team responsible for it, which you will have a Product Manager oversee and manage.

What will you do:
- Build, manage and grow a dedicated product team (or several teams), consisting of researches, designers, developers and whoever else you'd need
- Play a decisive role in the product vision definition in your product area
- Understand customer needs, design customer journeys and analyze CJMs, identify opportunities via research, market gaps or cutting edge technical insights
- Iteratively drive product growth: prioritize opportunities, test them and make them live
- Formulate and analyze product metrics, be responsible for them, gather and analyze customer feedback
- Test hypotheses (in any form: short poll, A/Btesting)
- Build product processes within and outside of the team, communicate with stakeholders
- Gather product requirements, manage backlog
- Work handson on nearly anything which is needed for your product success: make a mockup, define metrics you want to measure, understand tech specs of certain features, write PRD for a feature. We are not familiar with a phrase "it's not my area of responsibility"
