As a Senior Graphic Designer,you will lead and manage the design process, ensuring that visual materials meet high-quality standards and align with the creative vision and objectives of the organization**
Key Accountabilities

The position involves:


  • Creating and designing various materials for both print and digital collateral.
  • Ensuring that projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
  • Establishing creative direction for the company and developing brand guidelines.
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple projects within design specifications and budget constraints.
  • Performing image retouching and manipulation.
  • Working with a wide range of media and utilizing graphic design software.
  • Keeping uptodate with design and software trends.
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements as necessary.
  • Collaborating with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and materials are printed or presented to the highest quality.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:


  • A Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience.
  • Experience working in advertising agencies would be a plus.
  • Proven graphic design experience.
  • The ability to work effectively in fastpaced environments.
  • Proficiency in crafts with excellent attention to detail.
  • Capability to comprehend briefs and translate them into visual elements.
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
