Responsibilities:

To manage and coordinate all onsite construction works to ensure your project is delivered on time.
Hire, manage and maintain sufficient numbers of onsite staff including foreman, supervisors, general labor and other support staff
Manage and coordinate the construction works in accordance with the master program and micro programs issued from time to time
Produce short term programs and program status reports.
Manage the supply of materials to siteManage the specialized trades and subcontractors including contractual arrangements
Manage the logistics for receiving offsite fabricated items
Design input to the Project Managers for the most efficient and cost effective onsite construction procedures.
Work closely with the Art Directors on the installation of themed elements and artistic finishes.
Ensure all construction activities meet stringent Workplace, Health and Safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:
-

Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Minimum years relevant experience.
Those without qualification but have more than 15 years site experience/similar capacity may apply.
High Degree of initiative and independence with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Technically inclined individual with good site quality control exposure.

Pay:
ریال20, ریال25,000.00 per month
