Job Duties and
Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and creative written content for social channels.
  • Write attentiongrabbing titles, accurate video descriptions, and video metadata.
  • Incorporate relevant video tags and keywords for SEO optimization.
  • Foster positive community engagement by responding to comments.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and viral topics.
  • Assist in coordinating collaborations and promotions.
  • Interact with our customers and community members on a daily basis.
  • Respond to messages, complaints, inquiries, and feedback of the community members.
  • Encourage the creation of usergenerated content.
  • Monitor recent social media topics and trends.
  • Identify potential issues that may affect our brand image by monitoring customer reviews, social media conversations, and community forums.
  • Suggest ways to improve our brand reputation.

Requirements:


  • Exceptional written and verbal communication (experience in content writing, digital media, or related field)
  • Persuasive presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Previous working experience for at least 1 year.
  • Professional level of Arabic/ English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with Social platform and SEO best practices.
  • Detailoriented with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Passion for entertainment and internet trends.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
