Position title:
Government Fleet Manager (Saudi National)


Manager Reports to:
Fleet GM


Department:
Sales - Fleet


JOB PURPOSE:

Manage day to day operations for selected channel across dealers and build business relationship with Gov. accounts, achieve targets, drive value enhancing campaigns and strategies & own performance management.
Responsible for the Nissan
KSA Tamm system account.


JOB DIMENSIONS

Key financial dimensions:
Providing cost estimates for VME programs including tracking of key cost drivers (channel mix, penetration rates, objective-based incentive achievement, etc)


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Dealer performance management
Responsible for following the engagement model with the dealers by conducting internal and external weekly forecast meetings, bi-weekly performance review meetings and preparation for the MPR
Responsible for performance of channel through designing reporting template, collecting and analyzing reports, tracking monthly forecast & achievement versus target
Responsible for improvement of sales through short term actions to close gap v/s plan and longer term performance initiatives
Responsible for transparent communication of results, actions taken to mitigate shortfalls and requests for support to dealer on weekly basis within NKSA
Primary KPIs
Achievement of business targets on a monthly and annual basis
Responsible for building Government Business Relationships
Managing Tamm registration account
Managerial Leadership
Responsible for dealer management.
Responsible for utilizing institutionalized learning to improve performance.

Responsible for ensuring frequent dialogue with dealer counterpart to promote collaborative culture and transparency
Responsible for coaching team members
Ensure Tamm system is on track and no delays
Campaigns, programs and channel strategy
Responsible for designing campaign programs and channel strategy aligned with marketing initiatives e.g. incentive, finance programs and other one-off support
Responsible for designing reporting standards for dealers
Provides input for communicating monthly stock levels of channel to planning head

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


Educational background, qualifications:


Required:
bachelor's degree.


Experience, other skills:


Required:
at least 10 years work experience, with 5 years in automotive role with a strong communication skills


Preferred:
experience in
KSA automotive sector sales or Public relations.


Computer skills/languages:


Technical:
MS Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint), data management experience


Language:

excellent communication skills in English required, Arabic preferred but not required
Strong communication skills, particularly relationship building, coaching, negotiation
Industry knowledge through having worked in the channel in prior roles
