    Duties andResponsibilities:

    TheSr. Program Manager will oversee the operations of individualprojects within programs. They coordinate time, budget, andresources to complete work within program guidelines, and report tothe program manager on progress and any changes made to the initialproject plan. Focus on execution and managing functional elementsof the projects to include meeting deadlines, delegating tasks, andcompleting deliverables. Other duties include but may not belimited to:

    • Possessand apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and highimpactassignments
    • Planand lead major technologyassignments
    • Evaluateperformance results and recommend major changes affectingshort-term project growth andsuccess
    • Functionas a technical expert across the team andtasks
    • Serveas the principal point of contact and liaison on operationalmatters and act as day-to-day technical/professional guidance andleadership
    • Assureadherence to quality standards and review ofdeliverables
    • Providetechnical and analytical guidance toteams
    • Takeaction to direct the analysis and solutions ofproblems
    • Performproject tracking and analysis and conduct project statusmeeting
    • Creatingand maintaining documentation forimplementations
    • Responsiblefor planning, prioritizing, executing, and maintaining programs andprojects per customerrequirements
    • Accountablefor a projects schedules, milestones, deliverables andbudget
    • Predictresources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in aneffective and efficientmanner
    • Provideproject updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders aboutstrategy, adjustments, andprogress
    • Utilizeindustry best practices, techniques, and standards throughoutentire projectexecution
    • Monitorprogress and make adjustments asneeded
    • Facilitateand guide teams and projects across multi-functional platforms toensurecohesiveness


    RequirementsMinimumQualifications/Experience:

    • Shallhave 5-10 years of experience working in agile programs of which atleast two (2) years of experience shall be in managing IT DevSecOpsprojectsspecifically.
    • PriorDepartment of Defense experience with Cloud/Platform One stronglypreferred
    • Demonstratedability to: Manage Human Resources, Develop detailed work plans,schedules, estimates, resource plans, and statusreports
    • Experiencein Technical Customer Service, Customer Management, and experiencein escalations may berequired.
    • Abilityto interact and brief customers on a technical and non-technicallevel
    • Experiencewith Cloud provisioning, DevSecOps, management, and agiledevelopmentmethodology
    • Stronganalyticalskills
    • Excellentverbal and writtenskills
    • Abilityto work on high performingteams
    • SecretClearance or the ability to obtainit

    MinimumEducation:

    • Bachelors Degreerequired

    RequiredCertifications:

    • PMP,CSM, ITIL, and/or SAFe certificationspreferred
