Mechanical Design Engineer ( for LV switchgear enclosures ) design required


with the below experiences:
1. from 3-5 years experience in the field of manufacturing LV, MV switchgear enclosures with reputed company and ref of projects

2.

the design tasks includes and not limited to:
a.

design of outer enclosure procedure with punching profiles, bending profiles and sizing according to the dimention required by estimator, and transfer it to machinery for starting punching and bending as per the IEC 61439.

b.

design of DFC ( dead front covers ) and mounting plates, doors, roof, top, bottom gland plates as per the IEC61439 standard.

3. total knowledge of testing procedures of enclosures according to IEC61439 for LV switchgear manufacturing ( types tested panels, short circuit, IP test, Temperature rise )

4. knowledge of steel fabrication is must, for design process and machinery required for executing.

5. types of steel required for fabrication LV switchgear enclosures.

6. tricks and initiatives of passing type test certificates in third party labs is required too
