First Point Group is working with a leading IT company based in the Middle East and is supporting them in their search for a Regional Sales Manager to be based in their Riyadh office.
Job purpose:
Set sales goals, build a Sales plan, analyze data, assign sales training, sales territories, and mentor the members of the sales team, whilst maintaining partner and vendor relationships

Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients/partners through regular engagement like sales workshops, seminars, playing an active role in industry organizations etc.
Addressing the partner concerns on priority and ensuring customer satisfaction
Support customer for sell out strategies and keep them updated on product availability, pricing, incoming and tentative stocks.
Identify and develop new market/ services/ products for growth and increasing the profitability of business.
Strategize, define, and implement regional sales plan for short and longterm objectives.
Networking with the vendors, customers, competitors through regular visits to understand and monitor brands, trends, market and making forecasts for business opportunities/ challenges.
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
Managing Credit parameters with partners through Internal team cohesion with all relevant departments as credit being a vital parameter.
Taking responsibility of and driving team performance
Working with the account management plans with sales account managers.
Motivating, mentoring, and coaching the team members on performance and individual growth areas

Main Requirements:

Kol Manager
