Job Description:
Reporting to the IT Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Troubleshoot computer problems.
- Determine the source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.).
- Advise staff on appropriate action.
- Support onsite problems solving.
- Serve as liaison between staff and the technology department to resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot computer problems, determine the source and advise on appropriate action.
- Document resolutions for future reference.
- Perform hardware and software installations.
- Perform various network problem analysis and monitoring tasks for the Office of Information Technology.
- Provide onthejob training to new department staff members.
- Provide computer orientation to new company staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Computer science / Information technology
- A+ Certification.
- CCNA
- Microsoft Certified Software Engineer
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Selfstarter with a strong sense of commitment
