- Gather and Negotiate quotationsfrom all various suppliers issuing RFQS Tenders and reversauctions.
- Issue purchase orders to theappropriate suppliers.
- Search for newsuppliers.
- Evaluate suppliers performance asplanned periodically.
- Prepare the budget forthe purchasing process annually.
- Supportsbottlers in the development and implementation of short/medium /longterm productivity initiatives to mitigate commodity inflationsand currency devaluation to be able to deliver theirP&L.
- Collaborate with internal andexternal stakeholders to facilitate ontime materials to theproduction line as and when required avoiding disruption toproduction.
- Evaluate Capacity constraints onshortterm and longterm.
- Ensure availability ofnew components for launches withsuppliers.
- Develop strong relationships withsuppliers (KPIs followup agreement on servicelevel).
- Bachelors degreeholder from any related discipline.
- Previousexperience from 2 Yrs: 4 Yrs inProcurement.
- FMCG/ Manufacturing/Pharmaceutical background is a must.
- SAP userwill be a great added value.
- Excellentcommunication & time managementskills.
- Excellent command of the Englishlanguage.
