Job description Purpose**Delivery of co-workers services effectively, efficiently and in a timely manner. Ensure these are prioritized in line with what the organization needs and is legally compliant.
Accountabilities
- _Provide the highest customer centric services to co-workers across the organization_
- _ Continuously assess the service level provided and identify potentials for improvement_
- _ Ensure that co-workers and leaders across the organization have and easy access to self-services and manager self-service at all time. _
- _Handle co-worker complaints and grievances in a timely and appropriate manner_
- _ Develop and evolve KPIs to track performance_
- _ Manage third party contracts and partnerships for co-worker services_
- _ Build and maintain key government relationships to ensure smooth completion of required transactions_
- _ Secure and ongoing and alive SLA between people function and all other departments within the organization._
- _ Optimize people processes across the organization achieve the necessary cost optimization _
Qualification
- BCs of MBA
- CIPD, SHRM, Six Sigma
