Responsibilities
- Coordinating the process of evaluating the performance of the training programs and the objectives of the center according to the approved policies and procedures in a way that ensures the achievement of the best results and performance.
- Developing the main objectives of performance according to the approved policies and procedures and in a way that ensures the achievement of the best possible work results.
- Collect and analyze performance results, prepare relevant reports, and submit reports to management for review and approval.
- Preparing specialized documents and reports related to performance management, providing appropriate recommendations and appropriate solutions, presenting them, clarifying them, and keeping them in its own database in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Business administration or a related field
- 46 years of experience.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills in Arabic
- Professional written and oral communication skills in English
- Perfect in Performance Management
- Ability to prepare reports and analyze data
- Teamwork skills
