-Education :Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Training:Must meet all local certification/licensure requirements

Technical knowledge : A thorough understanding of construction process and protocols. Technically strong with local regulations.

Experience:5 years of experience as civil engineer

Responsibilities / Authorities / Accountabilities

Primary Functions:
- Supervise construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
- Conduct on site investigations (reports, tests witnessing, drawings review and other)
- Assess potential risks
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
- Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
Technical Expertise Proven working experience in civil engineering
- Project management and supervisions skills
