Sealy Mattress Middle East, a well-established company in the consumer goods industry in the MENA region, is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their dynamic team.

With a history dating back to 1990 and a strong partnership with Sealy Inc. USA, the company operates a state-of-the-art production facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Sealy Mattress Middle East is committed to delivering high-quality and innovative sleep solutions to the Arab market.


As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, pitching products to potential customers, and closing deals.

You will work closely with the sales team and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Your strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and passion for sales will contribute to the company's growth and success.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and respond to customer queries
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to pitch products and services
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide product information and demonstrations to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Selfmotivated with a passion for sales
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Customerfocused with a dedication to providing exceptional service
  • Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
  • High school/college diploma or equivalent
  • Male/Female
  • 25 to 30 years old
  • Saudi and Egyptian Nationals
