Reporting into our COO, you will be at the heartbeat of our operations in Saudi ensuring the delivery of transformational experiences to our clients.

You are a dynamic, thoughtful and empathetic leader with proven experience of guiding, developing, and motivating teams to meet performance targets.

You have a strong understanding of all aspects of events production, from handing out gift bags, to managing the welcome desk to running the show on large events.

The role can be based Riyadh (valid work permit required). Hybrid working encouraged.


What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the country operations and for our business in Saudi to ensure the desired results are produced and are consistent with our overall strategy and mission
  • Day to day management of operations, planning and resources of the unit
  • Accountable for all productions including: MICE, EVENTS, INCENTIVES and more
  • Resolving any country operations issues quickly
  • Driving team to deliver to highest operational standards

Must haves

  • Experience in managing
    multiple teams on multiple projects at the same time
  • At least
    7 years experience in
    people and resource
    management in the event space
  • Strong complex event
    production experience in all areas
  • Fluent in both
    Arabic and
    English:
  • High resilience and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Highly organised and methodical in process and protocol
  • Well developed problemsolving skills both technically as well as on people side

Nice to haves

  • Any additional languages
  • Agency experience
  • Pharma industry experience
  • Large event production
