Overview:

Responsibilities:


Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers of employment.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HRrelated matters, including but not limited to performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention within the Facilities Management or Construction industry context.
  • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs within the organization, particularly related to Facilities Management or Construction industry skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate training programs and workshops, both internally and externally, to enhance employee competencies and promote professional growth.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Compliance and Legal Matters:

  • Stay abreast of relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to the Facilities Management or Construction industry.
  • Address legal issues and concerns, working closely with legal counsel as needed.

Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks specific to the Facilities Management or Construction sector.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for benefitsrelated inquiries and issues, providing guidance and support to employees as needed.

Facilities Management/Construction Industry Expertise:

  • Leverage industryspecific knowledge and experience to address HR challenges unique to the Facilities Management or Construction sector.
  • Collaborate with operations and management teams to understand industry trends, market dynamics, and workforce demands, shaping HR strategies accordingly.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, skills development, and talent management within the context of Facilities Management or Construction projects.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on Facilities Management or Construction industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Pay:
ریال8, ریال10,000.00 per month
