Job description


This position is for an entry-level professional in service operations to coordinate time planning for project team, job closing activities, billing, and inventory management.


Responsibilities

  • Job closing
  • Check all required documents such as supplier invoice, subcontractor invoice, delivery and make sure the job completion signed by customer before closing the job in the system.
  • Invoicing
  • Release DMR and send to finance for invoicing.
  • Time Keeping
  • Make the planning and dispatching for direct employees.
  • OBD creation (stock items)
  • Make OBD for stock equipment and send it to supervisor for delivery.
  • OBD creation (B2B orders)
  • Follow up the ETA for B2B order, make OBD for equipment and send it to supervisor for delivery.
  • PR/MR creation
  • Support the supervisor to issue the PR/MR when required.
  • Sales Pipeline including healthy building
  • Coordinate with SEs and Keep the pipeline and healthy building files updated.
  • Sales Quotation report
  • Take update on release quotations from the system and updated remarks for each quotation.
  • Collection
  • Keep receivable file updated and contact the customer to support our collection of due payment.
  • Sales Presentation
  • Support the SE for any sales requirement such as company profile, documentation, prepared presentation for customer.

Requirements:


  • University degree in a related field.
  • Previous coordinating experience.
  • Fluent English and Arabic.
