JOB DESCRIPTION

HR Intern - Cartier KSA

Purpose of the Role:

To perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department's daily activities.


HR Intern Responsibilities:


Onboarding/ Offboarding

  • Support in the scheduling of new starter meetings and follow ups with L&D team to ensure all new starters are fully onboarded into their new role and have all the tools and information to be successful
  • Draft HR announcements for all KSA new joiners and update KSA Org Charts
  • Maintain an uptodate data base of all new joiners, leavers, promotions, transfers to facilitate LE preparation
  • Update the system (New Joiners & Leavers)

Operations

  • Prepare HR Reports
  • Provide administrative support to line managers during the HR processes, SAP job creations, transfers, SAP reporting
  • Support in HR Daily Operations and Employee Requests
  • Support in Daily HR Adhock requests

HR Intern Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Detailoriented.
