• Oversee daytoday financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Monitor cash flow and manage budgets to ensure optimal financial health of the startup.
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis to support informed decisionmaking.

• Lead food costing initiatives, working closely with culinary and procurement teams to ensure accurate tracking of food inventory, costs, and margins.
• Analyze food cost variances and provide insights to optimize costefficiency and profitability.

• Collaborate with the management team to develop and maintain annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets, identifying trends and recommending strategies for improvement.

• Implement effective cost control measures to streamline operational expenses while maintaining quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Coordinate audits and provide accurate financial data and documentation as needed.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business planning and growth initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and new revenue streams.

• Manage and mentor junior members of the finance team, fostering their professional growth.

• Identify opportunities to enhance financial systems, reporting tools, and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation is preferred.
