- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create user interface designs wireframes prototypes and mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Develop user journey maps service blueprints and other design artifacts to visualize user experiences and service interactions.
- Conduct user research usability testing and analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs meets usability and accessibility standards.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback user testing results and evolving project requirements.
- Maintain design systems style guides and documentation to ensure consistency across projects and platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in UI/UX design and service design.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design HCI (HumanComputer Interaction) or related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer Interaction Designer or Service Designer.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Adobe XD Figma or similar software.
- Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with designing for web mobile and other digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of frontend development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience in designing for ecommerce fintech or other digital services is desirable.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
