    We are Looking a customerservice representative to manage customer queries and complaints.
    You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, andescalate complaints across a number of communication channels.

    Todo well in this role you need to be able to remain calm whencustomers are frustrated and have experience working withcomputers.

    Responsibilities-Responsible for bringing new alliances with K12 Schools, Colleges,Universities, Coaching, Tuition, Vocational courses classesInstitutes for business development for sourcing retail customersfor educational lendingproducts.- Responsible for achievingmonthly, quarterly, and yearly sales, alliances, and businessdevelopment targets.- Responsible for end-to-endrelationship management including training, on-boarding, andgrievance resolution of the allied institute staff and otherofficials.- Manage end to end sales cycle- presentation, commercial negotiation, defining Institute s scopeof work, coordination with internal team to ensure timely golive.- Prepare necessary salesreports and MIS on a routinebasis.- The present analysis, findingsw.r.t policy and processes, and give recommendations to Product andpolicy team, especially findings that involve a borrower s abilityto repay & bringing efficiency & cost reduction tothe overall customer loan managementjourney.- Conduct competitor analysis toidentify strengths and weaknesses of key competitors, usecompetitive knowledge to assist in outbound product positioning,and to set internal development priorities.

    Qualifications-Degree in Graduate from a recognized university/Institute ispreferred.- Anunderstanding of digital sourcing and the credit lifecycle oftypical retailcustomers.- Youhave strong analytical, problem-solving, and project managementskills.- Excellentorganizational communication, presentation, and interpersonalskills.- Theability to influence and negotiate with others and high commercialawareness.- Theability to think creatively andstrategically.-Motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets with highresilience.-Unparalleled bias for action with an ability to operate in afast-paced environment.
