- Supervises warehouse activities and members and monitor the performance by maintaining warehouse KPI's.
- Sets a good example for his team by working safely following the company rules and procedures.
- Makes his team members aware of their responsibilties and supports them to achieve their targets and tasks.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
- Interface with end users to answer questions or solve problems.
- Ensure monthly inspections , observation and housekeeping tours and reports incidents and non-conformities.
- Developing and training Saudi co-workers.
- Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
- Determine staffing levels and assign proper workload.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
- Assign other tasks on case to case basis as company needed.
