Key Accountabilities:


  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of civil engineers, technicians, and support staff.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies and plans for civil infrastructure and assets.
  • Collaborate with the Contract Manager to ensure effective contract execution.
  • Manage the budget and allocate resources for the civil sector.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare reports on maintenance activities and maintain documentation.
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and costsaving initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering or related field).
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Maintenance industry with a strong focus on civil engineering.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Knowledge of maintenance software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
