Position IBS Design Expert/Team Lead in the leading operator in Middle East
Department Indoor Building Solutions Design
Location Riyadh-KSA
Job Summary

Senior Network Design consultant with a wide experience in IBS Design-And up to date knowledge and
experience, capable to Lead 10+ team with capcity to advise client management about innovation and future
technnoglies related to indoor wirless coverage and network optimization.

Required
Experience

  • More than 10 years of relevant experience in Wi-Fi Design & Deployment for Enterprise and Carrier Grade
networks,

experience acquired with major Operators (preferably Western Operators), or leading Suppliers
Desired Skills &
Knowledge

  • Experience with Cisco & Aruba Wi-Fi solution is highly desirable.
  • Tender preparation experience on relevant equipment is necessary. Participate in proposal development and
engineering budget planning

  • Good Communication & Interpersonal skills, Well versed with Middle East Culture. Flexible in adopting
changes.

  • Ability to investigate and solve complex problems and implement related work improvements with cross
functional team members

  • Energetic and dynamic person who can produce desired results.
Proven Vendor Management Skills in

Previous projects

  • Ability to Manage multiple projects and provide regular status updates and progress reports to customers and
management

  • Basic Knowledge of construction & constructability practices & principles, business & financial practices,
management techniques & administrative practices

  • Job will be a mix of 2G, 3G and 4G radio access & Wi-Fi design
