On behalf of our client, we are looking to hire a
Marketing Specialist.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:


1.


Marketing Plan Development:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring a full understanding of the market, customers, and competitors.

Creating and Developing Product/Services:

working on STP models and collaborating with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor product/service launching.

Managing and Handling Consumer Research:

Provides research support on projects, including literature searches, data collection, data processing, data linkages, analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, and report preparation.

Content Creation and Management:

Collaborate with the content team to create the main message to be properly communicated through digital platforms, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and drives brand awareness.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and ROI. Use insights to optimize strategies and tactics.

Use historical data to build an 80%+ accurate Reach model, and performance marketing plan, and predict incremental output & input expected from Media Strategy, in terms of traffic & deliveries to topline.

Budget Management:

Efficiently allocate and manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum return on investment and cost-effectiveness of campaigns.

Category understanding and research:

Understand TG, product service, and its relevance from the category owners. Be a part of consumer immersions and U&A studies to formulate an opinion. You would be required to understand current and desired penetration objectives - Awareness to Consideration/ Trial Funnel - how these move overtime (with and without marketing)


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (+3 years) in marketing with a track record of successful Marketing Strategy planning and execution.
  • Saudi Nationality is preferred.
  • Indepth knowledge of marketing channels, tools, and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Understanding of current digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
