The Opportunity
The position of
Business Analyst is within our Rapid Diagnostic business based in our Riyadh office. The individual will be responsible for
KSA, BAHRAIN & YEMEN.

What You'll Do:


  • Sales reporting on weekly basis (per country, distributor, product family)
  • Active contribution to the preparation and submission of weekly forecasts, monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Participation in monitoring accuracy and soundness of sales funnel opportunities and product allocation
  • Preparing various trend analysis in graph format including business trends, timely sales reporting, and forecasting
  • Preparing inventory report on monthly basis by distributor and product family
  • Monitoring and updating Salesforce on weekly basis by country and opportunity owner
  • Handling the 3PP & DPS requests in addition to vendor creation requests
  • Accumulating the required data for the OEC transparency reports according to the company's policy
  • Following up on complaints submission process
  • Updating prices in coordination with Masterdata according to the distributor DAs
  • Submitting the promotional events requests in the system
  • Maintaining the required approvals and proof of events for later submission to OEC & Finance review

Required Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:

  • University degree in medical, science or related field.
  • 23 years of Operations background including strong experience in managing supplier and customer relationships.
  • Fluent in English
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Selfstarter, possesses flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a fastchanging environment and ambiguous situations
  • Positive attitude, team player with a high level of initiative, energy and enthusiasm
  • Driven by objectives, solutions and adhering to deadlines
  • Ability to follow set processes to ensure the right outcome.
