_JOB DESCRIPTION_

  • Summary/ Objective_
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven telesales agent to join our sales team. As a telesales agent, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, promoting our products or services, and closing sales deals. Your objective will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service._

_Essential Functions_

Outbound Calling:
Conducting proactive outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads, promote products or services, and close sales deals_

Sales Conversion:

effectively presenting product information, benefits, and pricing to potential customers, addressing their inquiries, and persuading them to make a purchase.

- _Lead management: following up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels, ensuring a timely and accurate response to customer queries._

Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales department._

Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns_
- _Record-keeping: maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account information using CRM software._

_Position Type/Expected Hours of Work_

  • These are fulltime positions, and regular hours of work and days are Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m._

  • Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some outofarea and overnight travel may be_

_Preferred Education and Experience_
- _1-3 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in the fintech vertical_
