Overview:
Responsible to provide Operational Excellence through following Ciscos Seal of Compliance to provide smooth order booking and delivery giving attention to meet all reporting deadlines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review new Cisco P.Os including (Prices, Discounts, Items Validity, etc.).
- Check new launched Promotions and Programs every Quarter in an effort to increase orders profitability.
- Align with Order Processing stakeholders within team to ensure smooth order booking and delivery.
- Join forecast calls to make sure that all forecasted deals are processed properly.
- Check invoices on daily basis to prepare Ciscos Inventory and POS reports.
- Submit Inventory and POS Reports to Cisco Operations team.
- Review all transactions on ERP System to reflect final adjusted Profit Margin.
Essential Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- 13 Years of related experience in Information Technology market is a plus.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
